Influence of Science on Nutrition is Good



Have you ever thought of living healthy? It is time to consider seriously about this important issue to feel relieve, stay healthy, and grow accurately. The role of nutrition and the decisions about what we eat have a great impact on our health and quality of living without suffering from any diseases such as cancer, high blood pressure, diabetes, or heart problems, so as I see, the influence of science on nutrition has had good effects.
First of all, science has talked about all food ingredients that are important for us such as Vitamins and Proteins; and in contrast it has discussed all food ingredients which are harmful all the time or harmful if anyone eats too much like sugar; it takes us energy to do many things actively, but if we used to eat a lot of sugar, we might suffer from obesity or diabetes. In the research, " The Effects of Nutrition Knowledge on Food Label Use", in the internet, the writer mentions that nutrition data on food labels is an essential resource of nutrition knowledge, but in general, the customers do not realize that fact. Science has determined what people need for their health for being healthy, and it has determined also the amount that we needed. It means that science has affected on nutrition positively because If you know what your body need to be in a good condition and what components that your body need to reduce it, you can read labels of food products to make a decision to eat it or not. Everyone can eat what you need to build your health, body, and brain. For one thing, if vitamin E is limited in your body, you can find it by the label of food product; therefore, you can eat more to stay healthy in your life.
           In addition, according to the article, " Welcome to Nutrition Facts in the Food" , which is written on the internet, http://www.nutrition-and-you.com/ , the author states that many researches have illustrated that eating well in the early ages is better than eating healthy in the later ages. As a result, if parents have knowledge about nutrition, their children would be healthy even though we are live in unhealthy food era such as fast food and prepared food. The reason that stand behind eating well in early ages is that the body ,with all its parts including muscles, bones, cells ,and brain, is built  in childhood and adolescence, so if kids eat properly, they would grow healthy and live with disease-free in the remaining of their life.
           To sum up, I understand that science on nutrition sometimes make us confused because there are many contradictory findings. However, I cannot ignore the important role that science on nutrition do, so if we follow that rules, we would live longer, healthier, and happier.
