                                                             How Influence of Science on Nutrition

     Recently there has been debate about modern problems of various kinds. Also, science on nutrition is one of the biggest problem in our lives because people mention how science on nutrition will affect in our lives. Some people think science on nutrition is able to give some merits for our lives. But other think it has no positive impact in there. From in my view, science on nutrition gives some advantages in our lives. 
     First of all, food labels contribute to help our health because scientists or researcher   are able to take some data which need some nutritions for our bodies by labelling most foods. According to the article, Your Food Labels Are Getting a Makeover, FDA Announces, “ The new labels will prioritise what American need more, such as potassium and Vitamin D. Studies show that Americans don’t get enough of either in their diets.” Also, if scientists researches some data which need for our bodies, people are able to make a new product to compensate for our missing nutrition.Therefore, some data attached to food is helping to stay healthy.  
     Second of all, science on nutrition give us some knowledge to keep our healthy. For example, with the expansion of mass media in our lives, people have more opportunities to acquire information of science on nutrition the before. Eventually, they will be able to maintain their health themselves by learning about science on nutrition. Therefore, science on nutrition will make a lot of people healthier.
     On the other hand, food products made by scientific development harm our bodies because most products have big disadvantages in exchange for small advantages. According to the article, Supplementation to Lower Blood Sugar, “there is evidence that certain dietary supplements can decrease blood sugar, many come with potential dangers. Aside from the obvious risk of hypoglycaemia, other considerations include interactions, liver problems and gastrointestinal  issues.” In addition, there is a possibility that people are endangering more than before by these developing products. Therefore, food products will not give people to benefits only. 
     In conclusion, I explain about how influence of science on nutrition. Also, in my opinion, science on nutrition is able to give us some advantages to keep our health  because people are able to acquire some knowledge by food labels and mass media. However, there is a possibility that food products cause some disease. Therefore, people will need to mention to research about science on nutrition in the future.
