                                                                 About women’s soccer game

     I have watched a women’s soccer game in University of California Riverside soccer field on September 22 because I heard that a lot of students cheer own university’s sports game in America. So I decided to try cheering my university”s sports game. Also, I have chance to watch sports game for free because my professor gave me a soccer game’s ticket. At the same time, I applied for a player’s escort in begging of game. As a result, I was given the role of a player’s escort and I could cheer a women’s soccer game. Therefore, I am going to explain about this game and my impression about it.

     First of all, I am going to explain about a begging of game. This game was University of California Riverside’s home game. Also, the opponent was Seattle University. I heard that Seattle University was more stronger than my university. So I predicted this game was tough game. In begging of game, I was going to talk with a player to release her tension. However, I could not talk much with player because I felt that a player’s nervousness at that time. But I fulfilled the role of a player’s escort. Also, I was proud of this experience because it was precious things. Moreover, most students could not experience this one.

     Second of all, I am going to explain about women’s soccer game content. In the game, we used megaphones or vuvuzela to cheer my university. Also, we are a lot of different countries students who cheer them. At that time, I was surprised at Argentinean’s cheering style in soccer game because it was sense of unity. Therefore, I felt that national characters was so different through each cheering style. It was interesting for me to see nationality because I was learned totally different national character. Probably, cheering style connects to game’s content.

     To sum up, I have experienced precious things which I cheered my university sports team. Also, I was given the role of a player’s escort. In the game, I learned a lot of things because each country’s cheering style express each country’s national character. Moreover, I felt that how important about this game by player’s nervousness. Therefore, I was glad that I have experienced these things in women’s soccer game. Next time, if I have chance to cheer my university’s sports game, I will cheer them again.
