Exercising Every Day is Good
How
do you often exercise for a week? We are unlikely to exercise as you get old,
and some people have problem of obesity. However, we often see the information
of exercise through the magazine or TV commercial. Exercise is always hot topic
among people, and many scientist and professor have discussed this topic. Therefore,
I searched advantage and disadvantage of exercise, and I reached on oinion. I
think exercising every day is good for us.
First
reason is exercise makes our bodies healthy. For example, if you work out every
day, not only you could develop your muscle, but also you could improve your
skin because when you exercise, you sweat and excrete metabolic waste. It lead to improve
your skin. To give another example, exercise makes us good sleep and relaxes
us. Therefore, it is good for people who are busy and have less rest to
exercise, and it brings about making health body and maintain life rhythm.
Second reason why I think
exercising every day is good is exercise is also good for our brain. According
to the article “Regular exercise changes the brain to improve memory, thinking
skills”, the author explains that exercise could protect our brain from memory
impairment. The study which have done at the University of British Colombia
showed that aerobic exercise, which is one of the exercise taken to improve the
efficiency of the body’s cardiovascular in absorbing and transporting oxygen,
increase size of the hippocampus, which is the brain area we keep the memory
and learning. It means aerobic exercise could lead to keep our brain in good
condition. In the article, also researchers said dementia, who has memory
impairment, will be more than 115 million by the year 2050. Therefore, we
should exercise every day to keep our brain in good condition.
According to the article “How
much should the average adult exercise every day?”, the author suggests we
should right aerobic exercise at least 150 minutes or heavy aerobic exercise at
least 75 minutes in a week, and as a
goal, we should do physical activity only 30 minutes. However, some people
complain they have no time to exercise because they are busy, and they give up
doing exercising. However, in the same article, if you can’t fit 30 minutes of
walking, walking 10 minutes instead is also good for you. Therefore, you should
not only express dissatisfaction but also you should think what you can do
instead.
In conclusion, I think
exercising every day is good for us, because we could get benefit of making
healthy body and keeping our brain in good condition. Some people have no time
to exercise, but we could make 30 minute in a day. Moreover, if you have no
time, you should do right exercise for a short minutes instead. I think most
important thing is keeping exercising every day, and making lifestyle including
exercise.
