<San Diego trip that is the first trip after winter session>



  What do you do at weekend? I usually watch movies, do my homework or take rest to restart bracing next week. But I used to go on a journey to reward myself once a month. Last weekend, I went to the San Diego, California.  San Diego is a port city of California and It takes nearly 2 hours from Riverside to San Diego in car. Without own car, there are three way to go to San Diego ㅡ Bus, Train, Uber. I took the Uber with my three friends because Uber was cheapest(we payed for Uber $25 per person) and took less time. We visited famous tourist attraction. What did I see and what did I feel at San Diego? From now, follow me! 

  At the first day, We went to Seaport Village and Corona Island. At the Seaport Village, we could find many souvenir shops and famous navy's kiss statue and USS museum. If you want to buy souvenirs, you would be better to buy at the Seaport. I think there is the best place to buy valuable souvenirs! You can go to Corona island through ship leaved from Seaport. The price of round-trip ticket is $ 9.5 per person, but I recommend a one-way ticket. Because only one-way ticket is enough to experience the ship and taking a uber is so cheaper. At Corona Island, We tried to rent bicycle but we couldn't rent. Because every bicycle shop was close at 5'o clock so it is better to rent the bicycle before 4'o clock. At day's end, we watched the sunset of Corona beach that has many colors. You must watch the sunset at Corona beach!  At the second day, We went to Balboa Park, Old town, Gas Lamp. Balboa park is as big as you take a day to sightseeing but there is a lot of paid admission more than we expected. So many seals were lying on a beach in La Jolla. It was first time to see in my face, so It was wonderful but too scary. And the smell was terrible! The next destination was Old Town. I had high expectations of Old Town, but we arrived after night set. But the night of Old Town is also awesome, and had a own vibe. If I go to San Diego one more time, It maybe because I wonder day Old Town. Gas Lamp has so many pubs and clubs. Don't forget bring your passport! I had no choice but to see them at great way off. The last day's schedule is see the Little Italy that was near the accommodation. There's not many visitors but I really want to recommend you to visit Little Italy. Because the road of Little Italy was peaceful like Europe and the restaurants were perfect.


  I'm 90 percent satisfied with San Diego trip, that was the first trip after winter session. The reason why I'm 90 percent satisfied with San Diego is that we wasted money paid 2 days pass for public transportation and couldn't see the day Old Town. I recommend San Diego to UCR Extension students who want to go away for the weekend. I'll miss the sunshine of Corona Island, feel like I'm in Europe, beautiful sunset and music that were with me at that time.
