Balanced Health

Have you ever suffered from unbalanced health? Some people think that they are busy at work, while others believe that they do not have a time due to their relationships have expanded, so they are busy to connect with their families and friends, but both sides share in that they do not care about their health although the general health is very important for everyone. In fact, people should eat healthy food and do some exercises, and encourage their children to have balanced health.
            One recommendation for being healthy is to decrease eating unhealthy food. The main problem is people eat already prepared, unhealthy, or fast foods. For example, many people eat fast food and stand in front of TV. Unfortunately,  as a result, they suffer from obesity because they eat more foods when they watch TV. The logical solution is increasing healthy choices when they eat, so that will minimize the percentage of obesity, and then people can overcome diseases such as diabetes, heart problems, or blood pressure, so the productivities of people will rise whether in the workplace or in life.
            Another suggestion to solve this problem with health is the performance of kinetic activities. The problem is many people do not exercise. To give an example, in my country, the concept of exercise is not present. The perfect solution is people need to do some exercises to burn calories in their bodies. At least they need to walk three times a week to improve their health. When people walk, they do not only burn calories, but they also take energy. This energy helps them to complete their work and achieve their goals and their ambition. Therefore, physical health will grow incredibly due to they do exercise. In other words, people who exercise frequently have good fitness, so they can live easily and youthfully.
            The last and most essential way to have balanced health is to motivate kids to change their habits. The biggest issue is that the children do not play any game which demands some moves. They always sit in front of the television and just watch it. Also, they play on iPod or play station, so they play in the same place without any movements. The favorite approach to tackle this problem is that the kids should be encouraged by their parents. The parents need to join their children in the activities that can be done outdoors instead of playing indoors. This method will cause protecting kid's brains from light rays ,which come from TV or iPod and keeping on children's eyes. Moreover, parents need to motivate their kids to avoid fast food because this food will affect their physical health.
            In conclusion, eating healthy meals, practicing sport exercises, and motivating children are three ways to make fair health. If people have good health around the world, the rate of diseases will decrease. I have a recommendation that is protecting is better than a thousand treatment.
